Required Qualifications:

Fundamental understanding of architectural processes, production distribution channels, and construction aspects.

Strong interpersonal skills for establishing and maintaining key accounts.

Adept at reading blueprints and estimates.

Excellent oral and written communication skills for organizing sales presentations.

Skill in developing qualified contacts and effective follow-up.

Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Competency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.

Experience with prospecting, cold call tactics, and territory business plans.

Knowledge of the construction and construction distribution business.

Job Description

Achieve and exceed sales growth targets in the assigned territory.

Identify and qualify opportunities.

Respond to inquiries and develop proposals.

Close sales in radiation therapy and industrial markets.

Work indoors 50% of the time and travel for customer presentations the remaining time.

Target potential or existing customers and key influencers.

Drive market growth through lead development and identification of new selling opportunities.

Establish and nurture account relationships for long-term partnerships.

Demonstrate comfort with direct sales and cold calls.

Compile and target potential customer lists.

Represent our products and capabilities in face-to-face interactions.

Prepare and finalize sales agreements.

Represent us at technical meetings, trade shows, and presentations.
