Job Title: PU Inspector

Job Functions:

• Accept supervisor and teamleader's management,strictly abide by the company's safety production rules and regulations,also should timely feedback the issues cannot dealt with to supervisor/team leader,if necessary, could feedback to a higher level management.                                        
• Complete the work arrangements from supervisor: strictly in accordance with the work instructions to develop the implementation of daily work, to comply with the safety rules and regulation to wear properly PPE according the position need , be responsible  for the job's safety, process, quality, production, qualified products and 5S / TPM                                        
• Should timely feedback the continuous defects to previous process operator or mold operator, pre-process, if it still cannot be deal with, could feedback to shift leader immediately.                                        
• Responsible for checking the width of the encapsulation,the encapsulation appearance and the quality.Marking, isolating, feeding and record the defects.                                        
• Full-size inspection qualified, check the appearance quality, water test surface energy, fully qualified before the finished product packing, responsible for the production of statistical records and PLEX system recorder and labeling.                                        
• According to the requirements of packing, to ensure that the appearance quality of encapsulation glass and packing quality to meet the requirements and do the packaging labeling in strict accordance with the process documents, work instructions, inspection standards and environmental quality regulations require operations                                        
• Check whether the primer coating is leaked, discoloration, missing PU, sticky materials, missing PU at nipples, if trimming is in place, if sanding in the process and quality requirements, fully qualified before packing."                                        
• Understand the environmental and safety aspects of this job-related according work instruction. Familiar with the MSDS and the emergency response measures."                                        
• Finished production, do the shift switch work and 5S; inspection station cleaning, maintenance and management;For the production process can make effective improvement proposals, and participate in the implementation of improvement measures.                                        
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Languages spoken commonly in the workplace are English and Mandarin. - Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers.                                 
• 1 to 3 years manufacturing experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.                                    
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)                                    
• The employee is regularly required o stand for long periods. Duties include turning at the waist, reaching, bending, squatting and lifting up to 50 pounds.      Ability to pass static strength requirements (grip) 
• Visual acuity including, but not limited to:                                                                                                                                                               
• a. NEAR ACUITY - Clarity of vision at 20 inches or less. Use this factor when special and minute accuracy is demanded.
• b. FAR ACUITY - Clarity of vision at 20 feet or more. Use this factor when visual efficiency in terms of far acuity is required in day and night/dark conditions.
• c. DEPTH PERCEPTION - Three-dimensional vision. Ability to judge distances and spatial relationships so as to see objects where and as they actually are.
• d. COLOR VISION - Ability to identify and distinguish colors.
• e. FIELD OF VISION - Observing an area that can be seen up and down or to right or left while eyes are fixed on a given point. 
•  The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Safety requirements for this position
• are safety glasses, hearing protection and steel-toed work boots.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• REASONING ABILITY - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of  variables.
• COMPUTER SKILLS - Knowledge of and familiarity manufacturing software."                                    
• Master PU production process/quality/equipment work instruction and 5S basic information                                    
• Master the technology knowledge of sunroof glass encapsulation,glass cleaning and trimming.                                  
• Master the relevant material safety data sheet; proficient in hazardous waste classification and identification"                                    
• Familiar with the job-related TP / 5S reference point maintenance and cleaning check and so on                                                                      
• Enterprise profile, the company's rules and regulations, product quality, technology, security, 5S / TPM, system and other knowledge content training
