Key Responsibilities
Managing : Oversee daily operations at the construction site, including materials monitoring and scheduling deliveries.Supervising : Lead the on-site team, including construction workers and subcontractors.Safety Compliance : Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and address any concerns.Quality Control : Maintain high-quality construction standards and ensure compliance with building codes.Communication : Keep the project team informed of progress, schedule changes, and budget updates.Problem-Solving : Proactively address challenges and site issues as they arise.Site Inspections : Ensure compliance with building regulations and industry best practices.Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in on-site construction management.Comprehensive knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and methods.Strong time management skills with the ability to adapt and course-correct as needed.Excellent communication skills for clear and effective direction.Basic computer proficiency and ability to use construction-related applications.Energetic, motivated, and growth-oriented.Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy equipment, and assist hands-on when needed.Benefits
