The Rosin Production Technician is responsible for operating specialized equipment used in the production of rosin, ensuring that all production, quality control, and safety standards are met. This role includes managing the operation, calibration, maintenance, and sanitation of the rosin production machinery. The Technician is also expected to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), maintain an organized and clean workspace, and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate rosin production machinery to meet throughput and quality specifications.
- Assist in developing SOPs and maintenance procedures for the machinery.
- Adhere to all SOPs during production, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Ensure machinery is properly calibrated and maintained, with thorough record-keeping.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized production area.
- Perform quality control checks on all products manufactured.
- Troubleshoot machinery issues and coordinate repairs or perform minor repairs as needed.
- Participate in departmental meetings to review processes and performance.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
- At least 2 years experience in concentrate
- Proficiency with rosin production machinery and related technology.
- Ability to follow detailed processes and maintain precision in production tasks.
- Ability to keep production space orderly and organized.
- Capable of using computers to interface with machinery and production tracking software.
- Knowledge of cannabis concentrate production is essential.
Work Environment
- Work will be conducted in an indoor manufacturing facility, which may expose employees to bright lighting, loud equipment, airborne particles, and mechanical parts.
- Some tasks will be performed in a professional office environment, requiring the use of office equipment such as computers and phones. Interaction with staff and vendors is common.
Job Requirements
- Work schedule flexibility, including availability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as necessary.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for the majority of the workday.
- Occasional travel to other company locations may be required.

- Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
