About Us:We are excited to offer an important opportunity for a certified Intimacy Coordinator to join our production team on our film dates 8/28-9/2. This role provides a unique chance to ensure a safe and respectful on-set atmosphere for scenes involving intimacy.
Position Overview:As an Intimacy Coordinator, you will play a vital role in fostering a comfortable environment for cast and crew during scenes involving intimacy. Your expertise in creating boundaries, communication, and sensitivity will contribute to the overall well-being of our production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the director, actors, and production team to ensure the comfort and well-being of everyone during intimate scenes.
- Develop and implement guidelines and protocols for scenes involving intimacy.
- Facilitate open communication among all parties involved, addressing concerns and ensuring consent.
- Coordinate rehearsals and choreography for intimate scenes, emphasizing consent and safety.
- Be present on set during scenes involving intimacy to offer support and guidance.
- Create a space where actors and crew feel respected and empowered.
Requirements:
- Certified Intimacy Coordinator with a proven track record in creating safe environments for intimate scenes in film or television productions.
- Expertise in fostering communication, consent, and comfort during intimate scenes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with the production team, actors, and crew.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to be on set for less than 8 hours and available for 2-4 days as needed.
