What are the responsibilities and job description for the Coordinator position at Volt?
Volt has an exciting opportunity for an On-site Coordinator! This is a great opportunity to learn staffing operations along with some HR. This is a great role for a person that is passionate about HR and / or operations / staffing and looking to grow. This is an outstanding opportunity to get into one of the fastest growing industries out there and blend operations with an office type job.
This opportunity will be Monday - Friday from 2 : 30pm - 11 : 00pm
Essential Duties :
- Manage all attendance and punctuality for temporary employees via timekeeping program, and text / call off line.
- Manage temporary employees through leadership and professionalism.
- Onboard and orientate new associates.
- Maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Constantly updating employee database.
- May handle field employee related issues, such as coaching, counseling and end of assignments with the approval of On-site manager.
- Undertaking other tasks and responsibilities as directed by the On-Site Manager.
- Able to multitask in a fast-moving environment
Position Qualifications
This is a full time opportunity.
Pay Rate : $24.00-$26.00 / hr.
