Position Summary:
The Talent Development Coordinator plays a critical support role within the Human Resources department, with a primary focus on performance improvement initiatives, employee learning, engagement, and development. This position is responsible for coordinating and administering performance reviews, training programs, and professional development opportunities in alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate core performance management processes including Expectation Summaries, Performance Review, Career Conversations, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) for employees across Levels 1-5.
- Support HR partners and managers by maintaining documentation, assisting with tracking performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Prepare PIP drafts and coordinate follow-ups to ensure accountability and timely resolution of performance concerns.
- Provide logistical support for disciplinary actions to promote fairness and consistency.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to align performance initiatives with employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Assist in organizing and executing company-wide professional development programs, including calendar management, communications, attendance tracking, and feedback collection.
- Support the rollout and ongoing administration of a Learning Management System (LMS), including data entry, user setup, training coordination, and reporting.
- Maintain accurate documentation of training records and LMS data for compliance and internal reporting.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, Learning & Development, or a related administrative support role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook); experience with HRIS or LMS platforms is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- A collaborative, proactive mindset and a strong commitment to employee development and engagement.

- Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office setting. The role may require occasional travel.
- Physical Demands: This role requires the ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer. Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
