This is a hybrid role based in our new Dallas infrastructure hub where we work on the latest technologies in a cutting-edge environment.
Hourly rate: Approx. $50 per hour
The role
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be the face of TA for GR in our Dallas hub, running our front-of-house TA operations, managing our remote and on-site assessment processes, and delivering a world-class candidate experience.
You will support our Engineering and Early Careers recruitment as well as assisting with reporting, talent mobility and travel processes.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Managing all assessment processes, ensuring tests and interviews are accurately scheduled and progress as intended
- Managing the diary for our interview rooms, ensuring bookings are correct and rooms are presentable at all times
- Delivering an elite candidate experience, ensuring that candidates have a seamless onsite and remote interviewing journey
- Being the face of the Talent Acquisition team for candidates and interviewers alike, giving you exposure to stakeholders across the company
- Ad-hoc project work for the TA team
Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, ideally within Talent Acquisition
- A proactive approach with an ability to build relationships and influence.
- The ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities at once and escalate issues where necessary
- A consistent improvement mindset and eye for spotting potential efficiencies in processes
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Be highly proficient in MS Office, including Outlook and Excel
- Experience working with ATS and CRM systems
