Customer Support Representative
As a Customer Support (Inside Sales Support) Representative you will:
- Independently resolve incoming matters (up to and including in-process orders) within region to which assigned and escalating to Project Manager based on escalation criteria or supervisor/ manager approval
- Provide timely and effective communication to G&W Electric representatives, external customers, and internal customers
- Process change orders
- Complete all departmental filing in appropriate G&W Electric systems (i.e., orders correspondence, contracts)
- Provide a high level of customer service by working closely with internal departments (such as Production, Planning, Order Entry, and Shipping) to ensure our customers needs are being met
- Utilize G&W CRM and other systems platforms for status updates
- Assist with process mapping and training needed
- Perform other job duties as assigned
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a High School Diploma
- Has a minimum of 3 years customer service or related experience
- Possesses basic technical aptitude to understand G&W Electrics products
- Has clear and effective communication skills
- Must have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Has Microsoft Suite knowledge (Outlook, Word, beginner/intermediate level Excel)
- Ideally has experience with JDE/Salesforce

Typical pay is $50,953 62,423 annually.
