Production Manager

Production & Operations Management:

• Oversee the daily production processes to ensure timely and high-quality jewelry manufacturing.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand while maintaining efficiency.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor quality control standards and enforce best practices in manufacturing.
• Identify and address potential bottlenecks in the production process to improve workflow.

Inventory Management:

• Manage inventory levels for raw materials, gemstones, and finished jewelry products.
• Implement inventory tracking systems to minimize stock shortages and excesses.
• Conduct regular audits and reconcile inventory records to ensure accuracy.
• Work closely with sales and procurement teams to align inventory with demand forecasting.
• Develop and enforce best practices for inventory handling and storage.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

• Supervise production staff, providing training, support, and performance management.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment to enhance team efficiency.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams to align production with company goals.

Process Improvement & Compliance:

• Identify areas for process improvement and implement cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field (preferred).
• 1 years of experience in production or inventory management, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
