Summary
The System Administrator will oversee the maintenance, configuration, and optimization of our Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platform, Hyland Perceptive Content, while supporting related infrastructure. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the ECM system aligns with business needs, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical expertise in ECM, server administration, SQL, and networking fundamentals.
Your role in our mission
Key Responsibilities
- ECM System Administration :
Maintain and administer the ECM platform, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security.
Provide Tier 2 / 3 support for ECM-related issues.
Perform basic server administration tasks, including monitoring, patching, and managing server performance.
Write and optimize SQL queries to support ECM reporting and troubleshooting.
Troubleshoot connectivity issues impacting ECM performance.
Plan and implement system upgrades, patches, and enhancements in collaboration with IT and vendor teams.
Create and maintain user guides, technical documentation, and workflows.
What we're looking for
Required Qualifications
Experience :
3 years of experience as an Application Administrator, preferably with ECM tools such as Hyland Perceptive Content, OpenText, or SharePoint.
Technical Skills :
Proficient in managing ECM systems, including workflow design and system integrations.
Education :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Communication :
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

The pay range for this position is $71,100.00 - $101,600.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
