Responsibilities
- Oversee Daily Camp Operations: Use creative problem-solving to prioritize daily tasks effectively and maintain camper safety.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Address escalated concerns, assisting staff as needed to ensure positive resolutions.
- Support Camp Programming and Rotations: Flexibly assist with managing camp rotations and cover duties as needed.
Requirements
- 2 years of work experience in K-8 youth programming, education, or a combination of relevant education and work experience.
- 1 years of demonstrated leadership experience, supervisor experience is preferred.
- Experience caring for, supervising, coaching, and/or mentoring children in groups of 15
