Overview
Our Gallagher Benefit Services division continues to grow and as part of that, we are seeking a strategic-minded Integration Strategy Specialist to join our Integration Management Office (IMO) team. This role focuses on understanding and enhancing our business needs, serving as a critical liaison between people, technology, and processes. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in integrating merger partners into our organization, ensuring seamless alignment with our business strategies and objectives.
How you'll make an impact
- Business Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management and cross functional teams to support and develop integration project plans and refine business strategies that align with organizational goals and drive growth.
- Merger Integration: Lead the integration of merger partners by understanding their business models, identifying synergies, and ensuring alignment with Gallagher's strategic objectives.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a bridge between various stakeholders, including business units, IT, and merger partners, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough analyses of business lines to understand how they generate revenue and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Process Optimization: Evaluate and enhance existing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring they support strategic business objectives.
- Systems Analysis: Understand and document how different systems interact within the organization, identifying opportunities for integration and improvement.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics to provide insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
- Change Management: Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during merger integration and other strategic changes.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on business strategy and integration.
- Strong understanding of business operations, revenue models, and strategic planning.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Experience in managing and integrating merger and acquisition processes is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, Tableau, or similar.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
