Overview:
Galliant is seeking a highly driven Client Onboarding Specialist to help answer phone calls from prospective families and walk them through the onboarding process to receive ABA medical care for their children. Bilingual (intermediary Spanish) preferred but not required.
What To Expect:
The Client Onboarding Specialist is the first point of contact for clients/families needing ABA Therapy and Autism Services for their child. You will be responsible for receiving and responding to incoming calls from parents, insurance carriers, providers, referral sources and potential patients. You must be extremely comfortable being on the phone.
The role will be full-time hours from 8AM-5PM. Some hours can be done from home, though Dallas candidates who can work out of one of our clinics in Cedar Hill, Waxahachie, Burleson, or Seagoville are strongly preferred. The ideal candidate would work from one of our offices at least 2-3 days a week.
Who You Are:
- Extremely comfortable being on the phone
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills! You will be the first point of contact for families
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- You are accurate with strong attention to detail
- You are passionate about helping children with autism
- You are able to multi-task and prioritize
- You have the ability to communicate professionally
- Experience in a customer service role; preferably in the medical field
- Experience as an executive assistant or an in administrative function
- Excellent computer skills
- Value accountability, consistency and engagement through excellent attendance
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-2 year of experience working at a medical practice assisting with customer service
- 1-2 years of administrative or executive assistant responsibilities
- Experience working with insurance carriers
- Bilingual (Spanish)
