Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Area Manager to oversee retail operations across multiple locations in central and south Tennessee. The Area Manager will ensure operational excellence and foster a high-performance culture within their teams.
Responsibilities
- On-site visits to stores in your district(3-4) to include but not limited to Cookeville, Crossville, McMinnville TN.
- Lead and supervise multiple teams across assigned locations to achieve operational goals.
- Implement strategic plans to enhance business development and drive sales and trade performance.
- Monitor reporting to ensure financial targets are met, identifying areas for improvement
- Oversee project management initiatives to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through effective leadership and team engagement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to team members.
- Collaborate with senior management to align regional operations with overall company strategy.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably as an Area Manager or similar position.
- Strong background in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent supervisory skills with a focus on team development and performance enhancement.
- Demonstrated success in sales management and business development strategies.
- Solid understanding of profit loss management and financial acumen.
- Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
- Experience in process improvement methodologies is highly desirable.
- Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
Position reports to Director of Operations and the owner.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
