WHO YOU ARE
The Area Manager (AM) is a key member of the Operations team, reporting directly to the owners. This is a regional based role in the Nashville / Murfreesboro area. The Area Manager’s responsibility is to oversee an assigned area of Playa Bowls locations and is responsible for creating and cultivating the Playa Bowls culture with all team members in the system. They are people developers, and know how to motivate, train, hold accountable and have fun with their teams. They are planners but can also fight the fires in the business when necessary. They excel in business planning, driving operational excellence and the guest experience. They will provide business acumen and financial management with effective communication. They will perform all responsibilities with the utmost dignity and respect while garnering effective relationships via mutual trust and respect.
