Position Overview:
We’re seeking a dynamic, self-driven individual with a passion for men’s health and wellness to help socialize and brand Gameday Men’s Health, targeting key verticals, attracting new patients, and building strategic partnerships with ambassadors and influencers to increase brand awareness in the community.
In this entrepreneurial role, you will work independently to develop and implement your own game plan using the tools and resources provided. Your efforts will help drive the growth of our Dallas market, aiming for 800 TRT patients per clinic over the next 3-4 years. Success in this role could lead to an evolution from a commission-only structure into a base-plus-commission model as winning formulas are established.
Key Objectives:
- Brand Building: Socialize & brand Gameday Men’s Health as the premier men’s clinic in the area.
- Market Expansion: Target key verticals, segments, and businesses as part of our comprehensive marketing strategy.
- Partnerships: Build and negotiate effective partnerships and relationships with businesses, ambassadors, influencers, and community leaders.
- Revenue Growth: Drive patient sign-ups across our services including TRT, peptides, weight loss, ED solutions, and shockwave therapy.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute your own marketing and outreach plan with the blueprint provided and resources to generate leads that turn into patients.
- Represent Gameday Men’s Health with integrity, class, and professionalism at all times.
- Identify and establish partnerships with local businesses, gyms, wellness centers, doctors' offices, and community organizations, and more to promote our services.
- Attend and organize events, such as: Ttabling events, partner events, networking events, health fairs, community gatherings
- Engage in weekly coaching meetings with the GM/Sales Coach to refine strategies and share feedback.
- Leverage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google SEO, TikTok, Canva, etc.) to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Utilize CRM software and Googe Suite to track performance, manage contacts, and support outreach efforts.
- Organize and conduct health screenings, educational workshops, and seminars in collaboration with community partners to educate the public about men's health topics and our services.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of grass roots campaigns and initiatives and provide regular reports and insights to optimize performance.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate partnerships effectively, preferred.
- Proven experience in ground marketing, community outreach, event management, or related field is preferred.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving results.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google SEO, TikTok, Canva, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google Suite; experience with CRM software is preferred.
- Knowledge of men’s health topics, the wellness industry, or healthcare marketing is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is preferred but not required.
