Your Role
As a Customer Delight Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience at our outlet. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests warmly, taking orders efficiently, preparing and delivering beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You will also be required to handle customer payments and reconcile the cash drawer.
