Job Description
We are currently looking for a Dispatcher to coordinate and schedule customer installation and service calls, develop and maintain customer relationships and dispatch installers/technicians.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer incoming calls from customers regarding service and installation.
- Schedule customer installation and service calls by dispatching installers/technicians.
- Ensure all paperwork from the field is complete and closed out in a timely manner.
- Proactively collaborate and communicate across departments and assist internal and external costumers as needed – including being a sales resource.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous demands and works well under pressure.
- Ability to think fast and make decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
- Ability to overcome objections, solve problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
