Ad Specialist
We are seeking a creative, results-driven Paid Ads Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will understand digital marketing platforms, audience segmentation, campaign management, and team management. The Paid Ads Manager will plan, onboard, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, Bing, Yahoo, and AOL.
Full-Time Hybrid - Remote/Office in Lehi, UT
- 40 hrs/per week
- Compensation: $70,000/annual to $80,000/annual
Responsibilities:
- Onboard New Clients:
- Introduce themselves to the client, set client expectations for the ad process, and connect with their Business Ad Manager. Set a monthly budget and discuss offers they want to include in their ads. The Paid Ads Manager will log tasks in Salesforce noting that onboarding has been completed.
- Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective advertising strategies to meet company goals, including brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Manage and execute paid media campaigns across digital platforms
- Create targeted ad copy and creative assets tailored to different audience segments and advertising goals.
- Optimization & Reporting:
- Monitor the performance of ads and campaigns regularly, adjusting tactics to performance.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Audience Research & Segmentation:
- Conduct market and audience research to identify high-performing customer segments and trends.
- Segment target audiences effectively to ensure ads are tailored and optimized for each group.
- Budget Management:
- Allocate and manage advertising budgets to ensure efficient spending and achievement of goals.
- Track campaign costs and adjust bids, targeting, and creatives to optimize ad spending.
- Manage Teams
- Manage PPC and Social Ads media teams
- Hold Weekly 1:1s with the team
- Manage Product Escalations
- Hold team accountable for hitting set KPIs and Client Campaign Success
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a manager, Digital marketing manager, Pay-Per-Click Manager, or similar role
- A desire to manage a team, a commitment to learning, and flexibility to work in a constantly evolving environment
- Strong knowledge of digital ad platforms
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimize campaigns.
- Creative thinking and excellent communication skills.
- Working knowledge of analytics tools ( Google Analytics, Tableau, WebTrends, etc.)
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Particularly Sheets)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
