The Human Resources Administrator executes multiple HR functions to provide a great Team Member experience while ensuring efficiency, consistency, and compliance. Responsibilities include:
- Manage processes and recordkeeping throughout the Team Member lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, role and compensation changes, leave of absences, workers compensation, performance and talent management, and separation.
- Coordinate benefits administration, including enrollment, communication, and compliance.
- Work with HR Director to maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations, staying up to date with changes and proposing policy and practice adjustments as relevant.
- Assist HR Director with additional functions including recruiting, learning & development, Team Member relations, research, and change management.
The successful candidate will be a proactive, self-starter who is able to navigate complex scenarios with empathy, attention to detail, and adaptability. Requirements include:
- 2-4 years of Human Resources experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with the capacity to quickly learn additional programs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to build rapport across different personalities and backgrounds
- High emotional intelligence
- Growth mindset; enthusiastic about continual learning and ready to stretch out of comfort zone
- Passion for problem solving
- SHRM and/or HRCI Certification a plus
