What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Administrator - Bilingual position at Sterman Masser Inc?
The Bilingual Human Resources Administrator will play a critical part in supporting our HR department in various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, compliance with policies and regulations, and fostering a positive employee experience.
- Recruitment Support : Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews. Collaborate with hiring managers to coordinate candidate evaluations and selection.
- Employee Records Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Employee Onboarding & Offboarding : Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions, paperwork completion, and introduction to company policies and procedures, as well as offboarding.
- Employee Relations : Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions and concerns. Escalate issues to HR management as needed.
- Payroll : Approving timecards and making corrections as needed for all SMI and MLS employees.
- Benefits Administration : Assist employees with inquiries related to benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. Collaborate with benefits providers to ensure accurate enrollment and administration.
- HR Projects Support : Assist HR team with special projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, diversity and inclusion programs, and process improvements .
- Random Drug Screenings : Perform all monthly drug testing for the Masser Family of Companies.
- Unemployment : Complete all unemployment paperwork accurately and efficiently in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Grant Program : Facilitate the Wednet grant program for Sterman Masser Inc.
- Other Duties : All other duties as deemed necessary.
