Garner & Associates, Roofing and Facility Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Service and Repair Technician to join our team in Rainbow City, AL. This role is responsible for performing repairs, maintenance, and inspections on a variety of commercial roofing systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with roofing materials such as TPO, EPDM, PVC, and metal roofing, along with a strong commitment to quality workmanship and safety
Key Responsibilities:
Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on commercial roofing systems.
Identify and troubleshoot roofing issues, including leaks and structural damage.
Safely operate hand and power tools required for roofing repairs.
Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Communicate with customers and supervisors regarding job progress and findings.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all company and OSHA safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in commercial roofing repair and maintenance preferred.
Skills: Strong knowledge of commercial roofing materials and repair techniques.
Certifications: OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred (or willingness to obtain).
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work at heights.
Other: Valid drivers license with a clean driving record required
