Position Summary:
Under supervision, provide overall maintenance and control of all customer contracts. Advise sales and production departments of contractual requirements.
Essential Functions:
- Verify customer and order information for correctness, checking it against previously obtained information as necessary.
- Work with sales and production to coordinate shipment of finished product.
- Examine performance requirements, delivery schedules, and estimates of costs to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Enter and maintain all necessary data in computer for efficient contract administration.
- Maintain and manage contract files and folders.
- Prepare and maintain all necessary documents for contracts and sales orders.
- Arrange transportation and shipment of finished product.
- Assist with office general administration, including answering the telephone, directing calls, etc.
