Position Summary:

Under supervision, provide overall maintenance and control of all customer contracts. Advise sales and production departments of contractual requirements.

Essential Functions:

  • Verify customer and order information for correctness, checking it against previously obtained information as necessary.
  • Work with sales and production to coordinate shipment of finished product.
  • Examine performance requirements, delivery schedules, and estimates of costs to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Enter and maintain all necessary data in computer for efficient contract administration.
  • Maintain and manage contract files and folders.
  • Prepare and maintain all necessary documents for contracts and sales orders.
  • Arrange transportation and shipment of finished product.
  • Assist with office general administration, including answering the telephone, directing calls, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
