What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/ Dispatcher position at Garrison & Garrison Heating and Air?
Our office receptionist/ dispatcher must possess great customer service skills, have the ability to work with others, be thorough and pay attention to details, have some administrative skills, answer in-coming calls and relay those calls to the appropriate department, schedule work- flow as it comes in within our dispatching platform, and most of all, be dependable.
Other requirements for this position:
- Prefer two years of experience in similar position
- Position is on-site (non-remote)
- Schedule is M-F, 7A-4p
- Must pass a drug test and background check
- Pay based on skill level and experience
- Benefits include health insurance, and paid vacation (after one year)
