- Customer Service - Seeking a motivated and energetic individual to help us serve our clients. Responsibilities include managing client orders insuring a smooth completion process. Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with clients via phone and email. Must be detail oriented. Must have 3-5 years working experience as a customer service representative in the printing trade. Knowledge of book manufacturing a plus. - 1st shift Hours, 8 am to 4:30 pm M-F

- Must be very detail oriented with excellent communication and math skills.
- Must be reliable, hard working, and able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Basic computer experience is necessary.
