Duties you will be responsible for:
- Implement and administer HR programs and policies, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding,
performance management, employee relations, and compliance. - Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews,
and facilitating the hiring decision. - Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, paperwork completion, and introduction to
company policies and procedures. - Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related issues, including but not limited to
employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, HRIS data, and timekeeping
records. - Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, including EEO, FMLA, ADA, and OSHA.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns, and recommend appropriate actions to resolve
issues. - Assist with the development and implementation of employee training and development programs.
- Coordinate employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS systems and PDF software such as Adobe Acrobat
- Time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in Smartsheet's
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the
organization. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
