The opportunity
Delaware North Gaming is hiring full-time Surveillance Supervisors to join our team at Gate City Casino in Nashua, New Hampshire. As a Surveillance Supervisor, you will ensure the safety of guests, team members, clients, and company assets at the property. You will lead the team of surveillance team members and ensure company and state procedures are followed.

What will you do?
- Assist the Surveillance Manager with planning and scheduling team members
- Train surveillance team members and continuously develop their skills
- Observe, report, and document procedural violations and illegal activity at the property
- Monitor all cameras and computer systems and ensure they are operational
- Ensure that all state racing and gaming regulations are followed
More about you
- Minimum of 2 years’ surveillance agent, operator, or equivalent work experience preferred
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate state gaming license
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products including Word and Excel
Physical requirements
- Ability to hear and speak to communicate on a two-way radio
- Requires prolonged periods of sitting and extensive use of a computer monitor throughout the workday.
