This is a part-time (building up to a full-time) on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at Gateway Real Estate Advisors. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone communications, assisting with office tasks, and supporting executives with clerical duties.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Clerical Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard office software
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
