The Gateway Supply Receptionist/Administrative Assistant:
- Greets customers entering our showroom
- Performs all admin duties to include: scanning, filing, processing invoices, answering phones, ordering office supplies, etc.
- Daily billing and monthly close out
- Assists showroom sales associates with vendor and customer needs
- Cycle count inventory
- Maintains branch banking information including making deposits
- Other duties as assigned by branch manager
- Computer skills including excel a must
- Prior administrative experience preferred
- Have excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Be able to work independently and be a team player
- Have a history of reliability demonstrated through work references and/or educational achievements
