This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Paralegal located in Birmingham, AL. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for preparing legal documents, conducting document reviews, performing legal research, and drafting pleadings and motions. The day-to-day tasks will include assisting attorneys, managing case files, and ensuring compliance with legal procedures and regulations.
- Skills in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting pleadings and motions
- Experience in Document Review and Legal Research
