Position: 1st Shift Parts Counter Representative
Location: Cedar Rapids, IA
Pay: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications
What You'll Do:
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Train in related departments before taking on the Parts Counter role
- Keep parts shelves and storage areas clean and organized
- Stock incoming parts and maintain displays
- Communicate customer requests to management
- Assist Outside Sales staff with applications and sales
- Locate and order parts from local vendors and major suppliers
- Conduct physical inventory tasks (cycle counting, spot checking)
About Us: GATR Truck Center is an authorized dealership for Volvo, Hino, Mack, and Kalmar Ottawa trucks, serving five locations in Minnesota and Iowa. - High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License with an insurable driving record
- Ability to read and interpret documents
