About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-orientated Experienced Trial Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation support, case preparation, and trial assistance. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and a thorough understanding of legal procedures and court systems.
Responsibilities
Below are some of the responsibilities you will be expected to assume in the position:
- Assist attorneys in all phases of trial preparation, including pre-trial motions, witness coordination, and exhibit organization.
- Conduct thorough research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
- Manage discovery processes, handling document production, review and analysis.
- Liaise with clients, experts, witnesses and court personnel as needed.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines.
This is an onsite position, in midtown Sacramento, California.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate from an accredited institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation or trial paralegal, preferably in a high-profile litigation firm.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in legal research databases (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis), case management software, and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with eDiscovery platforms is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
