- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support (mainly in Desktop & Printer troubleshooting)
- On Call (once in 5th or 6th week)
- Preferable closer to Bronx, NY
- COVID vaccinated
- Working day /hours - Mon-Fri / 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 08:00 AM - 4:00 PM

- Assists client day-to-day functionality and efficiency
- Provides IT support for desktops, printers, peripherals, telephone systems, and cellular devices in the allocated location
- Configures, installs and maintains computer software & Peripheral systems for users
- Identifies, manage and resolve issues in a timely manner (within SLA)
- Responds to customer requests effectively and communicates with them to address issues
- Familiarity on updating the tickets (Incidents / service requests) in Jira( Ticketing tool)
- Should have extensive knowledge on Windows 10 troubleshooting and imaging process(optional)
- LAN, WAN knowledge
- Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
- Should be able to lift and shift (Desktops, Printers, Etc.)
Salary : $45,000 - $48,000
