The Franchise Sales Associate at GBC Food Services, LLC plays a pivotal role in expanding our brand through the sale of franchise opportunities. This position is responsible for identifying, cultivating, and closing new franchise sales and working with potential franchisees from the initial inquiry through the franchise agreement signing. The role requires a strategic approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of our brand and business model.
Supervisory Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and target potential franchisee leads through various channel such as online platforms, networking events, referrals, and industry contacts.Qualify leads by assessing their financial capability, business acumen, and alignment with the franchise’s values and objectives.Initiate and maintain communication with prospects, providing them with detailed information about the franchise opportunity.Conduct presentations and meetings to educate prospects about the franchise model, benefits, and support provided.Address inquiries and concerns raised by prospects, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of the franchise opportunity.Guide qualified prospects through the franchise acquisition process, including application, due diligence, and contractual agreements.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prospects receive necessary documentation and support throughout the process.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions, sales activities, and progress through CRM systems.Prepare regular reports on sales performance, lead conversion rates, and other key metrics.Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing franchisees.Provide ongoing support and communication to ensure franchisee satisfaction and success.Competencies :

Proven experience in sales, preferably in franchise sales, recruiting or a related field.Ability to work in open, fast-paced environment.Excellent analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.Experience cold calling as needed and building new customer relationship.Understanding of franchising laws and regulations.Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales target.Education and Experience :
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.Minimum of two years of experience in sales with proven results, with a preference for experience in the franchise and / or recruiting fields.Physical Requirements :
This position may require travel to meet with prospects, attend industry events, and conduct market research.Flexibility to work outside standard business hours to accommodate the schedules of prospective franchisees.Work Environment :
Office setting with standard office equipment.Frequent use of computers, phones, and other technology for communication and presentation.Other Duties :
