Department : Development

Reports To : Vice President of Development

Location : Lakewood, CO or Remote

Travel : Up to 30%

FLSA Status : Salaried, exempt Commissions

The Director of Franchise Development Sales will report directly to the Vice President of Development and will play a critical role in driving new franchise sales across all Radiance Holdings brands. This role will focus on inbound and outbound lead management, nurturing the sales pipeline, converting leads into qualified candidates, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Additionally, this position will lead efforts to expand franchise growth through proactive outreach, relationship building, and collaboration with brokers and other partners.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Sales Pipeline Management : Manage and nurture leads through all stages of the sales process, ensuring timely follow-up and progression to candidate status.
  • Lead Qualification : Evaluate inbound leads, conduct initial discovery calls, and identify high-potential candidates.
  • Outbound Prospecting : Engage in targeted prospecting activities, including attending broker events, tradeshows, and industry conferences to drive interest and generate quality leads. Must have a “hunter” mentality and be behavior driven.
  • Candidate Support : Guide candidates through the franchise sales journey, preparing them for Discovery Day and ensuring a seamless handoff between sales and onboarding teams using a Mutual Evaluation Process (MEP).
  • Discovery Day Facilitation : Assist in hosting Discovery Days, including presenting brand value propositions, addressing candidate questions, and fostering excitement about the franchise opportunity.
  • Collaboration with Brokers : Build and maintain relationships with broker networks to drive pipeline growth and secure new unit sales.
  • Pipeline Reporting : Track and analyze key sales metrics such as conversion rates, time-to-close, deal size, etc. providing regular updates to leadership.
  • CRM Management : Utilize the Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platform to document interactions, track lead activity, and ensure a consistent candidate experience. Experience with HubSpot a plus.
  • Sales Strategy Execution : Partner with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals and provide insights on lead quality and conversion strategies.
  • Event Participation : Represent Radiance Holdings at events, franchise expos, and conferences to promote franchise opportunities and generate leads.
  • Administrative Tasks : Manage sales invoices, commission tracking, and expenses related to events and lead generation efforts.

Experience, Skills and Abilities :

  • Experience : 3–5 years of franchise sales experience, preferably in multi-unit systems.
  • Sales Acumen : Proven track record of closing franchise unit sales and building strong relationships with candidates.
  • Proactivity : A proactive, results-driven self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Communication Skills : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to individuals and groups.
  • Technical Proficiency : Proficient in CRM platforms, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools for sales tracking and reporting.
  • Attention to Detail : Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple candidates simultaneously.
  • Teamwork : A collaborative team player who works effectively across departments to achieve sales goals.
  • Education : Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Compensation :

    The salary range for this role is $85,000-$100,000 annually, commensurate on experience. Commissions will be paid on closed unit sales.
