About the Position
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service Liaison. Your primary responsibility will be to provide warm and welcoming greetings to clients and visitors, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their experience with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet persons entering the establishment and determine the nature and purpose of their visit, directing or escorting them to specific destinations as needed.
- Answer phone calls in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct departments, ensuring seamless communication and efficient resolution of queries.
- Provide information about our establishment, including the location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, and services provided.
- Maintain accurate records of CE credits and renewals of Utah Licenses for Insurance Broker, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Broker appointments with carriers, utilizing your negotiation and relationship-building skills to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Perform other projects as needed, demonstrating your adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent time management skills, prioritizing tasks effectively and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Strong organizational skills are also essential, enabling you to multitask and maintain accuracy in your work.
A high school degree is required, and proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must. You should also be able to lift and move objects weighing up to 15 pounds, as physical demands of the job include manual handling and movement throughout the office.
