Job Purpose
GCubed is seeking a qualified Corporate Program Manager who will be in charge of managing a contract for GCubed, Inc., work on business development, and assist with proposal writing.
Essential Functions of the Job
- Manage our ACES II contract ensuring employee satisfaction, resolving issues, communicating with proper departments, and ensuring compliance
- Assist with business development within the company
- Assist with finding new opportunities for the company
- Networking company to potential customers
- Assist with proposal writing and submissions
- Ensures programs and projects meet company goals and requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors in business or similar field
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience required
- 3 years of program management experience
- Extensive knowledge of the function and department processes
- Minimum of 3 years in business development
- Ability to effectively prioritize deadlines
- Advanced MS Office application skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint.
Preferred Qualifications
- Can work independently and well with others
- Can work well with little supervision
- Minimum of one year with department budgets
- Minimum of two years with individual development plans
Primarily remote with some in office work at Stafford, Va.
