Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting – Identify and research potential clients, initiate outreach, and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Sales Support – Assist with CRM updates, contract processing, and sales pipeline management to ensure smooth deal flow.
- Outbound Outreach – Support sales reps by conducting cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging to engage prospects.
- Collaboration with Sales & Marketing – Work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to align outreach strategies and drive engagement.
- Reporting & Data Management – Maintain accurate records of sales activities, track key metrics, and provide insights to improve performance.
- Meeting Coordination – Schedule sales meetings, prepare materials, and support team-wide initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1 year of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or lead generation (B2B experience is a plus!).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you know how to engage with people and build relationships.
- A self-starter with a go-getter attitude—you’re proactive, resilient, and eager to learn.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A strong interest in sales and business development with a desire to transition into a full-cycle sales role.
