Position : Restaurant Bar Manager

Exciting and unique new restaurant is opening soon and now looking for an experienced and talented bar manager that wants to showcase their creative ideas! This restaurant proudly has some of the top Culinary professionals, as well as top leaders in the industry. We are looking for a talented candidate that has experience running a beverage program, creating craft cocktails, and managing the bar operations and cost controls.
Qualifications to be considered for this Bar Manager opportunity :
- 1-2 years experience as a bar manager, creating cocktails, and managing a beverage program
- New Restaurant Opening Experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work in fast paced environment, lead a team, and maintain high standards
- Experience managing all bar cost controls
- All Employees are required to be vaccinated prior to start date
