Requirements :
- 3 years of Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant or pub environment
- Proven track record of increasing sales, improving customer satisfaction, and leading high-performing teams
- Strong knowledge of food, beer, and wine, with a focus on quality and presentation
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in POS systems, inventory management, and labor control
