What We seek:

• Experience: 2 years in restaurant management with in a full-service environment
• High Volume Experience is a MUST: At Least $3M/year in Volume
• Operations Knowledge: Proficient in managing FOH with a strong grasp of BOH processes, inventory, scheduling, and maintaining high standards in food quality and service.
• Team Leadership: Build and mentor a motivated, cohesive team.
• Customer-Focused: Anticipate and exceed customer expectations with proactive service.
• Safety and Sanitation: Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
