Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Purchasing Assistant. The Purchasing Assistant will be responsible for handling day-to-day purchasing processes, generating and managing purchase orders, and ensuring timely procurement of necessary materials. Additional responsibilities include maintaining communication with suppliers and vendors, tracking orders and deliveries, and supporting procurement activities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Purchasing Processes, Purchase Orders, and Purchasing
- Strong Communication skills for interfacing with suppliers and vendors
- Experience in Procurement activities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
