- Collect and meticulously document patient-related data to aid in assessment and ensure quality care.
- Report any abnormalities or deviations in patient conditions to the RN promptly.
- Recognize emergency situations and respond effectively, ensuring the safety of patients.
- Assist with patient education as delegated by the RN, reinforcing key teaching points.
- Build strong therapeutic relationships with patients, ensuring communication is patient-centered and supportive.
- Ability to provide fundamental patient care as per unit specifications.
