We are seeking a skilled healthcare professional to join our team as an Advanced Practitioner Resident in neuroscience at the Geisinger Neuroscience Institute.
Job Duties:
- Collaborate with neurologists and neurosurgeons to provide high-quality care to patients, ensuring continuity of care and advocating for their needs.
- Participate in diagnostic and therapeutic tasks under supervision, educating residents in neuroscience knowledge and patient care decision-making.
- Serve as a liaison between physicians and patients, working with medical staff members and nursing personnel to coordinate patient care requirements.
Key Qualifications:
- Completion of an ARC-PA approved physician assistant program
- Current NCCPA certification
- Pennsylvania State licensure
