We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Athletic Trainer- Healthplex Woodbine to join our team at Geisinger. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering top-notch athletic training services to patients and contracted organizations. As an athletic trainer, you will work closely with the supervising physician to provide care to athletes/patients in a variety of settings.
Main Job Duties:
- Develop and distribute ongoing patient education information.
- Distribute Home Exercise Programs (HEP) and educate patient and family as directed by supervising physician.
- Prepare injections for physicians and physician assistants.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in athletic training, including certification as a Basic Life Support provider. A Bachelor's Degree is required, with a Master's Degree preferred.
