Job Summary
GELITA USA is seeking qualified individuals to fill the position of Technical Services Laboratory Internship in our Sioux City, Iowa location. Working in the Technical Services Laboratory this position will aid in lab experiments with rheology, capsule trials, viscosity determination, and capsule disintegration. Help in lab organization and inventory. Aid in protein and hydroxyproline determination experiments.
Support the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and FSSC 22000 management systems and the Quality, Environmental, and Food Safety Policy as appropriate in the function.

Job Requirements
The preferred candidate will have:
- Education: High School diploma/GED, Associates degree, Bachelors degree, etc...
- Science lab experience
- Attention to detail. Must be able/willing to work in a chemical laboratory setting and wear required PPE (lab coat and safety glasses/spoggles
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. on occasion
