Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. This role is pivotal in fostering a positive work environment, managing HR operations, and supporting our diverse, remote workforce. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about cultivating a thriving organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
- Coordinate recruitment processes: job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and legal requirements.
- Manage benefits administration and liaise with external providers.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a creative or tech-driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
- Experience with remote team management and international HR practices.
- Familiarity with ethical AI tools and digital event production environments.
