Position: Facilities Manager
Regional Health Systems is Northwest Indiana’s largest provider of community-based mental health care, primary health care and addiction treatment services. We offer adults and children—both uninsured and insured—integrated care through our community mental health center and federally qualified health center. Regional Health Systems is a member of the Regional Care Group.
Position Purpose:
This position is responsible for oversight in the areas of facility management, life safety & healthy environments, building code, and regulatory compliance. This individual also serves as a member of the Surveying/Accreditation Administrative Team and provides services necessary for successful network reviews/audits/surveys.
Essential Function:
- Maintenance of Facilities
- Health & Safety
- Serve as a member of the Surveying/Accreditation Administrative Team.
- Provide for all services necessary for a successful network operation review relating to Facility Management concerns.
- Supervision of staff within RCG and other required standards.

Requirements:
Education: Associate degree preferred but not required
