Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and friendly manner.
- Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with the production and shipping departments to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update account information as necessary.
- Assist in preparing reports for sales and customer service metrics.
- Support the administrative team with various tasks, like filing and documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experiences and processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing or related industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
- Positive and friendly demeanor, with a passion for helping others.
- Spanish speaking a plus.
- AP/AR experience a plus.
